High Technology Distribution
Mr. Hurtte brings over 30 years of experience in the automation and technology distribution field with him to Friedman Capital.
He established his reputation over the years by having served as a Sales Manager for Rockwell Automation, and as the VP of High Tech Sales for Van Meter Industrial – a leading regional automation and manufacturing equipment distributor. Additionally, Mr. Hurtte has held the position of President of the Association for High Technology Distribution.
Since founding River Heights Consulting in 2005, Mr. Hurtte has provided strategic direction to dozens of technology-based distributors. He has written over 150 articles concerning issues facing wholesale distributors in the knowledge-based field. He is also the author of several books on the subject, including the NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence publication, The Distributor Specialist: Profit Generator, Customer Champion.
